Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 40-day return window, giving you extra time beyond the typical 30 days. We understand life can be busy, and we want the process to be stress-free.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or develops an issue, we’ll cover the return cost in full. Simply contact us and we’ll make it right — no questions askedChanged Your Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, you can still return your item:

  • Email us to request a return label.

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or you’re welcome to arrange your own courier.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
